Using the industry’s most advanced tools like Event Data Recorder ("black box”) retrieval using the Bosch CDR system, Tesla, and Hyundai/KIA systems to infotainment data via Berla iVe and operational history through Toyota Vehicle Control History (among others), combined with Autel diagnostics, our technicians can collect and interpret the data needed to verify allegations and deliver clear, accurate answers.
